Thanks to Jarrah who sold us our MG4 Urban. He was super helpful on our first test drive and was happy to take us for another when we asked. Took the time to explain functions of the car, which was refreshing after our experience test driving another brand EV locally. He kept us in touch as we waited for delivery, and took plenty of time to make sure we were confident leaving with our new car, not rushing us at all.
A few little quirks to iron out in the new car, but we’re working it out as we go. Loving it! Thanks Jarrah.

Having finally decided to take the plunge and buy an electric car our research led us to the newly released MG4 Urban. Looking at availability of the vehicle we found that some MG dealers only had one in stock. Ringwood MG, however, had the model in double figures, including a red one as well as the usual range of white, black and various shades of grey. Being a public holiday when we found this out we sent an online enquiry and by 9.30 the following morning we were discussing the possible purchase with Jarrah Fitcher, the sales manager at MG Ringwood. After a test drive of the same model that afternoon we were offered a fair price for our trade-in and shook hands on the deal. Jarrah kept us updated on the preparation of the car and less than three weeks later we drove away in it very happily. We cannot thank Jarrah enough for his professionalism and courtesy in the whole process.

My new MG4 Urban is great! I've got an incredibly narrow and small parking spot and manoeuvring it in is so easy! Ben was super helpful through the process of getting my car, especially since getting an in demand electric car in 2026 is no easy task!

My partner and I went to this dealership to have a look at the brand new MG4 Urban and we had the pleasure of dealing with Ben. From the get go he was class. I'd done plenty of research on the car and also have a background in cars, so it was refreshing to not have a salesman try and spin you all the sales talk and just provide you with the cold hard facts and details, take you for a test drive and just make you feel comfortable in making a well informed decision. Ben was friendly, respectful and we never felt pressured into signing something on the spot.
We ended up signing the papers the next day and he made the whole process from signing to taking delivery super easy and stess-free. Zero complaints on our end and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase from MG. 5* all day everyday!
